Start HereSend the app name with the problem
The fastest support request includes the app name, device, operating system version, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue repeats after restarting the app.
- For purchase or subscription problems, include the App Store receipt context but never send passwords or payment-card details.
- For GlidePad pairing, include your Mac model, macOS version, iPhone model, iOS version, and whether Local Network and Accessibility permissions are enabled.
- For privacy requests, include the app name so the right policy and data surface can be used.
DownloadsHelper files and app setup
GlidePad includes a free Mac Helper download. Other apps are installed directly from the App Store or Mac App Store, and their individual support pages carry product-specific setup notes.
