What To Include
Please include the app name, iOS version, app version, device model, the feature involved, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful; do not email private prayer content unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Cathedral Content
If you need to report a public Cathedral candle intention, include its visible wording and when you saw it, but avoid including personal or sensitive details that are not needed for the report.
Sign In And Notifications
Ora! requires Sign in with Apple and keeps each account's private device-only data isolated. Prayer reminders are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
Audio And Privacy
Ora! uses built-in sacred sound selected by the Hour and your choices. It does not request microphone access or listen to prayer. See the Ora! privacy policy for details about device-only private prayer and the public Cathedral.
