Formulator Home Lab Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Formulator Home Lab. The global So Good Co website privacy policy applies to the public website and company-level support pages.

The app may process selected goals, lab choices, formulas, oil or ingredient entries, pantry data, barcode or product lookups, saved recipe notes, optional photos selected through Apple system tools, purchase status from Apple StoreKit, support messages, and basic technical information for compatibility or troubleshooting.

Information is used to provide lab features, generate and save formulas, support pantry or scanner tools, restore purchases, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Camera or photo access is used only for scanner or optional photo-guided features the user chooses to use. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

Most app data is designed to remain on device unless the user chooses to export, share, request support, or use a feature that requires a service lookup. We do not sell personal information and do not use app data for third-party advertising tracking.

You can manage Apple purchases through Apple, control camera/photo permissions in iOS Settings, delete local app data from your device, and contact support for privacy requests.

Formulator Home Lab is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
